Pricing and Payments

  4. 4.4. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  5. 4.5. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Amendments and Cancellations

  1. 5.1. Amendments to coach tours can be made by contacting us 24 hours before departure.
  2. 5.2. Specific product cancellation policies apply, and details can be found on individual product pages.
  3. 5.3. Refund policies vary based on the product and timeframes provided on the product pages.

Refunds and Compensation

  1. 6.1. Refunds for missed venues during a tour are at Mazza Tours' discretion.
  2. 6.2. No refunds are provided for non-operational amenities on vehicles.
  3. 6.3. Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of tour completion and are processed within 7-10 working days.
  4. 6.4. Specific refund conditions apply to certain products, and users are encouraged to review them.

Complaints

  1. 7.1. Customer feedback is valuable, and complaints should be emailed to customerservices@mazzatours.uk for a response within 14 business days.

E-tickets

  1. 8.1. Customers receive e-tickets upon purchase, and they must be presented at the preferred boarding point.
  2. 8.2. E-tickets require the printed version and the credit card used for the purchase for validation.
  3. 8.3. Failure to present the credit card may result in refusal of entry.

Date of Departure and Collection Timings

Pickups and Convenient Returns

Passports, Visas, and Personal Insurance

Luggage

  1. 14.1. Specific allowances apply to overnight tours, and lost items are held for seven days.
  2. 14.2. Unclaimed items are donated to charity after 14 days.

Tour Information

  1. 15.1. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. 15.2. Mazza Tours reserves the right to remove passengers for offensive conduct.
  3. 15.3. Tour alterations may occur due to demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Walking Tours

  1. 16.1. Walking tours are subject to availability.
  2. 16.2. Free walking tours must be redeemed on the day, with no pre-booking required.

Third Party Products

  1. 17.1. Mazza Tours acts as a platform for direct contact between users and service providers.
  2. 17.2. Contracts for services are directly between users and service providers, with users subject to supplier terms and conditions.

Special Offers

  1. 18.1. Online booking is required for all displayed offers.
  2. 18.2. Free walking tours must be used within seven days after the tour date.

Mazza Tours Gift Certificates

  1. 19.1. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  2. 19.2. Redemption is available online, subject to availability.

Accident or Loss

  1. 20.1. Mazza Tours' liability for loss or damage is limited, except in cases of negligence or illegal exclusions.
  2. 20.2. Mazza Tours is not liable for losses caused by factors beyond our control.

General Conditions

  1. 21.1. No representative or owner associated with Mazza Tours has the authority to modify our terms, and any purported changes will be deemed ineffective unless endorsed by one of our Directors.
  2. 21.2. All matters related to this booking are governed by English Law. Should you have any feedback about your sightseeing tour, please direct it to the company at Mazza Tours, Rays House, North Circular Road, London NW10 7PX.
  3. 21.3. In line with the UK government's announcement on December 8, 2021, all experiences will proceed as usual. We strongly advise wearing a face covering as required, and it is recommended to carry one with you at all times. Many attractions mandate face coverings for entry, and if denied entry due to non-compliance, no refund will be issued.
  4. 21.4. For the latest information on Covid passes and any testing requirements that may apply to your purchased product, please refer to the gov.uk website.

Company Relationship

Definitions

1.1 ‘Conditions’ means the Terms and Conditions under which the Company provides coach services.

1.2 ‘Company’ means Services Transport Ltd. trading as Mazza Coaches & Mazza Tours.

1.3 ‘Client’ means the organization, individual or agent who contracts the services.

1.4 ‘Passenger’ means the person or persons being carried by the Company’s vehicle.

1.5 ‘Reservation’ means the specification of the requirement from the Client to the Company.

1.6 ‘Tariff’ means the agreed set price which is defined by the Company to its Client.

1.7 ‘Price’ means an agreed cost of hire for a vehicle to a non-regular Client (not subject to an Annual 

Agreement). 

1.8 ‘Private Hire’ means a Client who may hire the Company’s vehicles on an ad hoc basis.

1.9 ‘Agency’ means a Client who contracts on an annual basis for the provision of coach services at an agreed 

tariff. 

1.10 ‘Regulations’ means that the Company provides coach services based upon either British Domestic 

Regulations or European Community Regulations. 

1.11 ‘Tachograph’ means a system by which time, distance, speed and rest taken on each vehicle during the 

day’s journeys may be recorded. 

1.12 ‘Contract’ means the agreement between the Company and the Client
